Ingredients:

  • 8 small shrimp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Nuoc Cham Sauce:

    • In a blender or food processor, combine fish sauce, water, fresh lime juice, white sugar, red chilies, and minced garlic.
    • Blend until smooth to create the Nuoc Cham sauce. This sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Cook Rice Sticks:

    • Cook the rice sticks according to the package instructions until they are al dente.
    • Once cooked, drain the rice sticks well and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
    • Drain them thoroughly and set aside.
  3. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails intact.
    • Rinse the fresh bean sprouts and pat them dry.
    • Shred the lettuce into thin strips.
    • Finely chop the chives and slice the green onions.
    • Rinse the fresh mint leaves and cilantro, then roughly chop them.
