Recipe Title: White Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet white pepper powder
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:
Begin by tenderizing the beef to ensure it’s juicy and flavorful. Place the sliced beef in a pot with a couple of bay leaves and a few cloves of garlic. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook until the beef is tender, about 45 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables:
Heat a bit of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes fragrant and translucent. Next, add the red and green bell peppers. Stir-fry until the peppers start to soften and release their aroma, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Combine and Season:
Add the pre-cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in a small amount of water to help deglaze the pan. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce to taste, oyster sauce, and white pepper powder. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  4. Cook and Serve:
Allow the mixture to cook until the liquid reduces and the beef and vegetables are well-coated with the sauce, about 5-7 minutes. Adjust the seasoning with salt and additional soy sauce if needed. Once the sauce has thickened and everything is well mixed, remove from heat.

  5. Serve Hot:
Transfer the White Pepper Beef Stir-Fry to a serving dish and enjoy hot. This dish pairs wonderfully with steamed rice or noodles.

Feel free to adjust the amount of white pepper and soy sauce according to your taste preferences. Enjoy your meal!
