  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut (optional)
  • Pecans, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Step Description
1 In a food processor, chop apricots and coconut until thoroughly combined.
2 Add the 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk and process until well combined.
3 Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate until firm, approximately 30-45 minutes.
4 Place wax paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
5 Optionally, place additional coconut or finely chopped pecans in a shallow bowl for coating.
