  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1 Shape the ground beef into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
2 Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef patties until they are nicely browned on both sides.

8 Assemble the sandwiches by placing each beef patty with melted cheese onto a roll half.
9 Spoon some of the soup mixture over each patty, then cover with the remaining roll halves.
