- Start Stuffing: In a pan, sauté onions, celery, and mushrooms in 2 tbsp sesame oil. Once soft, add garlic and the rest of the stuffing ingredients (except stuffing). Cook for 5 minutes.

- Prepare Tofu “Turkey”: Remove tofu from the colander, hollow out to create a shell, leaving a 1-inch border. Place the stuffing inside, cover with the remaining tofu, and press down firmly.
