Instructions:
- 
Preparation: - Cut the lamb meat into small cubes.
- Blend 2 chopped onions, garlic, and ginger in a blender with a little water until smooth.
 
- 
Cooking: - Heat ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add one chopped onion and fry until it turns pale golden in color.
- Add crushed spices (black peppercorns, green cardamoms, cloves), salt, and lamb cubes.
- Fry for about 8 minutes or until the lamb turns a rich brown color.
- Pour in the blended mixture and continue frying for another 10 minutes.
- Add chili powder, coriander powder, and yoghurt. Fry until the ghee starts to separate.
- Now, add water, mix well, cover the pan with a lid, and let it simmer for one hour. This allows the meat to become tender and the sauce to thicken to perfection.
 
- 
Serving: - Once the lamb is tender and the sauce has thickened to your liking, remove from heat.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped green coriander leaves on top.
