Ingredients:

  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ripe avocados, sliced

Recipe Instructions:

  1. In a large soup pot, combine the chicken broth, minced garlic, diced onion, chili powder, adobo seasoning, and the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
