Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix chicken bouillon granules, fresh parsley, and poultry seasoning; set aside.

Layer in the crock pot, in order, Canadian bacon, carrots, celery, and onion.

Add water to the crock pot.

Place the broiler-fryer chickens in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture prepared in step 1 over the chicken.

Stir soup and flour together, then spoon over the top of the chicken and vegetables. DO NOT STIR.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork, and the vegetables are tender.

Spread cooked noodles in a shallow 2-2 1/2 quart broiler-proof dish.

Arrange the chicken on top of the noodles.

Stir the soup mixture and vegetables until combined, then spoon over the chicken.

Sprinkle with pimientos and Parmesan cheese.
