Description:

Fabulous marinated sirloin steaks grilled to perfection and sliced for serving. Makes a wonderful dish for company. Cook time varies according to how you like your steak done.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, chopped onion, and fresh rosemary.
  2. Marinate the Steaks:

    • Place the sirloin steaks in a resealable plastic bag.
    • Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are well coated.
    • Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.
    • Massage the marinade into the steaks.
    • Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, flipping the bag occasionally to ensure even marination.
  3. Preheat the Grill:

    • About 30 minutes before grilling, remove the steaks from the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature.

  4. Grill the Steaks:

    • Remove the steaks from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.

    • Once done, remove the steaks from the grill.
    • Let them rest for 10 minutes, allowing the juices to redistribute.
