Additional Information:

For those concerned about the aspects of using peach seeds, here is some valuable information about the usage of peach products:

  • Peach Leaves and Bark: Possess demulcent, sedative, diuretic, and expectorant properties, beneficial for relieving bladder inflammation, urinary tract problems, whooping cough, ordinary coughs, and chronic bronchitis.

  • Peach Seed (Kernel): Can be used as a mild laxative and expectorant for the lungs, nose, and throat. It may also help relieve chest pain and spasms.

  • Peach Bark: Utilized to improve blood flow and eliminate blood stagnation, particularly beneficial for conditions like amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, postpartum abdominal pain, and pain and swelling due to external injuries.

Remember, since there is only one pit per peach and a lot of peel, it’s advisable not to alter the recipe if the peach seed is left out.

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of Peach Peeling-Peach Seed Jelly, a delightful treat bursting with natural peach flavor and wholesome goodness!
