Recipe Notes:

  • To reduce sodium content even further, opt for low-sodium soy sauce or tamari in the sauce.
  • Feel free to customize the veggies based on your preferences or what you have on hand. Broccoli, bell peppers, or snap peas would all work well in this stir-fry.
  • For added flavor, marinate the pork strips in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic before stir-frying.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, increase the amount of cornstarch slightly.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or chopped peanuts for extra texture and flavor.

This Low-Sodium Pork and Veggie Stir-Fry is not only delicious and easy to make, but it’s also a healthier option for those watching their sodium intake. Enjoy the vibrant flavors and satisfying crunch of the vegetables, perfectly complemented by the tender, savory pork. Serve it up for a quick weeknight dinner or impress guests with its impressive presentation and taste! 🍲
