Great northern beans 3 cans

Poblano chile 1
Cumin 2 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture:

    • Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the ground pork, chicken, turkey, and salt.
    • Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until it’s cooked through, which should take about 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté Onions and Garlic:

    • Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
    • Add the onions and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
    • Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
