Ingredients

Instructions
- 
Marinate the Chops: - Sprinkle the onion with the salt.
- Squeeze the juice out of the onion and discard it.
- Add the olive oil and fresh thyme leaves to the onion.
- Apply the mixture to both sides of the lamb chops and marinate for 1 hour.
 
- 
Cooking: - Grill the marinated chops or broil them close to the heat source until desired doneness.
- Season with salt and lots of pepper.
- Garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
