Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Clove
1 cup Canned pumpkin
1 cup Fresh pumpkin
4 Eggs
1/3 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
2 sticks Butter
1 pkg Cream cheese
1/3 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 15x10x1 inch pan.
  3. Combine all bar ingredients except nuts and raisins.
  4. Beat at low speed until moistened.
  5. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  6. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  7. Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool the bars completely.
