Ingredients:

1 Frozen carrots
* Fresh carrots
1 tsp Salt
3 cups Milk
1/2 cup Flour
3-5 Sugar

1 Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger

Instructions:

  1. Cook the frozen carrots until very tender in salted water.

  2. Drain the cooked carrots and mash them into a smooth consistency.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed carrots with milk, flour, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and butter.

  4. Mix all the ingredients together using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Transfer the carrot mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

  7. Bake the carrot souffle in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until it is set and lightly golden on top.

  8. Once baked, remove the carrot souffle from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
