Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken, cut into pieces
- 6 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic

- Galangal (Indonesian: lengkuas)

- Sweet soy sauce (Indonesian: kecap manis)
- Seasoning (such as salt and pepper)
- Cornstarch (to thicken the sauce)
