- 2 1/2 cups potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 celery rib, diced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4-5 yum yum pickles, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
- 3/4 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
