Title: Indonesian Tuna Semur
Ingredients:
- 3 containers of sliced tuna
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large chili pepper
- 5 small chili peppers
- 3 cm ginger
- 400 ml hot water
- Sugar, salt, ground pepper (to taste)
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- Sweet soy sauce (to taste)
Instructions:

Prep the Tuna: Partially fry the tuna slices until half-cooked. Set aside.

Prepare the Aromatics: Slice the garlic, shallots, ginger, onion, large chili, and small chilies.

Sautรฉ the Aromatics: In a pan, sautรฉ the sliced aromatics with a bit of butter until fragrant and cooked through.

Add Seasonings: Pour in the hot water. Add sugar, salt, ground pepper, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir well to combine.

Incorporate Tuna: Add the partially fried tuna into the pan. Mix well and wait until it comes to a boil.

Adjust the Flavor: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
