Title: Indonesian Green Chili Stir-Fry with Anchovies and Salted Snakehead Fish
Ingredients:
- A handful of anchovies (teri nasi)
- 2 salted snakehead fish, cut into pieces
- Roughly ground spices:
- 10-15 curly green chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 7 green cherry tomatoes (cungkediro or small green tomatoes)
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
- Royco seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients by washing them thoroughly.
- Roughly grind together the garlic, green chilies, and green cherry tomatoes. Set aside.
- Fry the pieces of salted snakehead fish until they are half-cooked. Add the anchovies and continue frying until both are cooked through.
- Add the ground spice mixture to the frying pan. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and continue cooking until the spices are cooked through.
- Finally, add Royco seasoning if desired, adjust the seasoning according to taste, and serve hot.
