Teflon Grilled Chicken with Instant Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg chicken wings
- 1/4 packet instant fried chicken seasoning (using seasoned seasoning)
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (using Bango brand)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 1 thumb-sized piece of galangal
- Water, as needed
- Margarine, as needed

Prepare the Chicken: Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly and drain.

Pre-cook the Chicken: Bring a small amount of water to a boil. Quickly blanch the chicken wings and discard the water.

Prepare the Seasoning: Reboil fresh water until boiling, then add the instant seasoning. Stir well, then add the chicken, galangal, and ginger. Simmer until fully cooked.

Season the Chicken: Once the liquid reduces, add the teriyaki sauce, sugar, and sweet soy sauce. Stir until evenly coated.

Grill in a Non-stick Pan: Heat a non-stick pan and add a little margarine. Place the chicken wings in the pan, turning them occasionally while basting with the remaining seasoning. Grill until evenly cooked and golden brown.
