Ayam Kentucky with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 packet Kentucky flour mix
- 1 packet oyster sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bunch of scallions, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Seasoning, to taste
- For the spice paste:
- 3 shallots
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 curly red chilies
- 4 hot red chilies
- 1 tomato

- Clean the chicken pieces thoroughly. Squeeze lime juice over the chicken to eliminate any unpleasant odor.

- Dredge the chicken pieces in the Kentucky flour mix that has been mixed with water, allowing the batter to adhere well.
- Next, coat the chicken in the dry Kentucky flour mix.
