Spiced Chicken with Exotic Herbs (Ayam Bumbu Rempah)

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of boneless chicken, cut into small pieces

  • 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder (e.g., Masako)
  • 750 ml of water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Gather all the spices and ingredients.
    • Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
    • Slice the turmeric and starfruit.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Slice the green beans thinly.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.
