Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg beef (preferably tender cuts)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 large red chilies
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (kecap asin)
- 3 tablespoons black pepper
- Beef bouillon seasoning (Royco sapi) to taste
- Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- MSG (optional, Vitsin) to taste
- 1/2 cup water

Prepare the Beef: Begin by boiling the beef until tender. Once the beef is soft, set it aside. Slice the cooked beef thinly, but make sure the pieces are wide enough, about 4 cm in length. Gently pound the slices to help the flavors penetrate.
