Creamy Basil Chicken with Melted Mozzarella

Chicken Steak with Basil Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 basil leaf, finely chopped
- 200 grams cooking cream
- 60 grams quick-melt cheese
- 50 grams mozzarella cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Chicken: - Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the chicken until it is about 75% cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
 
- 
Make the Basil Cream Sauce: - In a saucepan, combine the cooking cream, quick-melt cheese, and finely chopped basil leaf.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it starts to bubble.
 
- 
Assemble the Dish: - Place the partially cooked chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour the basil cream sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake: - Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the chicken for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the chicken is fully cooked.
 
-
