Ingredients:
- 2 packs of bihun (rice vermicelli)
- 12 beef meatballs (bakso sapi)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 shallots
- Red chili peppers (to taste)
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- Ladaku seasoning (or a suitable seasoning mix)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 packet beef-flavored Royco seasoning
- Chopped green onions (daun bawang)

- Soak the bihun in a bowl of hot water until it softens. Drain and set aside.
