Balado Sapi Skin: A Fiery Indonesian Delight

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of beef skin (cleaned and cut into small pieces)
  • 3 large long chilies (Cabe Tanjung)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/4 piece of palm sugar (Gula Merah)
  • 7 large red chilies (Cabe Gendot)
  • 1 tomato
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:
