Title: Beef Rolls with Enoki Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 6 thin slices of beef
  • 1 package Enoki mushrooms, cut into 6 portions
  • Coarse black pepper, to taste
  • Sea salt or Himalayan salt, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Rosemary, to taste
  • Olive oil or butter, for cooking
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Gather all the ingredients and have them ready for assembly. Slice the Enoki mushrooms into six portions and set aside.

  2. Assemble the Rolls:
    Lay out a slice of beef on a flat surface. Place a portion of Enoki mushrooms on top of the beef slice. Roll the beef around the mushrooms tightly to form a neat roll. Repeat this process until all the beef slices and mushrooms are used up.

  3. Season the Rolls:
    Once all the beef rolls are assembled, season them evenly with coarse black pepper, sea salt (or Himalayan salt), oregano, and rosemary.

  4. Cook the Rolls:
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of olive oil or butter to the skillet. Place the beef rolls in the skillet and cook until they are browned on one side. Turn the rolls over and cook the other side until it is also browned and the beef is cooked through.

  5. Serve:
    Once cooked, remove the beef rolls from the skillet and place them on a serving plate. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
