Keto Beef Liver Burger

  1. Prepare the Burger Patties:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the chopped beef liver. Season with salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
    • Shape the mixture into round patties, then flatten them to your desired thickness.
  2. Cook the Patties:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
    • Place the patties in the skillet and cook until they are browned on the outside and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
    • Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
  3. Toast the Burger Buns:

    • In the same skillet, add a bit more butter if needed.
    • Place the keto-friendly burger buns in the skillet and toast until they are golden brown and crispy on the cut sides.
    • Remove from the skillet and set aside on a serving plate.
  4. Assemble the Burger:

    • Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
    • Place a cooked beef liver patty on top of the mayonnaise.
    • Optionally, add a slice of cheese on top of the patty for extra flavor.
    • Spread another layer of mayonnaise on the top half of the bun, then place it over the patty.
