Ingredients:

- 50 grams coarsely chopped beef liver

- Garlic powder, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste

- 2 keto-friendly burger buns
- Butter, for cooking
- Mayonnaise (Kraft or your preferred brand)
- Cheese slices (optional, for extra flavor)

Prepare the Burger Patties:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the chopped beef liver. Season with salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into round patties, then flatten them to your desired thickness.

Cook the Patties:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook until they are browned on the outside and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
