Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg beef, cut into cubes
  • Sliced Aromatics:
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 3 green chilies
    • 2 red chilies
    • 1 tomato
  • Additional Seasonings:
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 100 ml water
    • 5 tablespoons oil

Instructions:
