Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Head:

    • Begin by thoroughly washing the beef head to remove any impurities.
  2. Pressure Cook the Beef:

    • Place the cleaned beef head in a pressure cooker and cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender. Once cooked, slice the beef into pieces according to your preference.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • While the beef is cooking, thinly slice the garlic, shallots, red chilies, and onion. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic, shallots, red chilies, and onion. Sauté until they become fragrant and slightly browned.

    • Toss in the bay leaves and kaffir lime leaves, stirring well to release their aroma.
