Stir-Fried Beef with Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 small broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 orange chilies, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • Fresh cow’s milk, to taste
  • Salt or seasoning to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Sauté the sliced red onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent.
