  • 3 cloves of shallots

  • 1/2 an onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning powder to taste
  • Oyster sauce (Saori Tiram) to taste

Instructions:

Preparing the Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli: Start by preparing the broccoli. Cut it into bite-sized florets and then blanch it by pouring hot water over the pieces. Let it soak for a short while, then drain well.
  2. Beef: Tenderize the beef by pressure cooking it for about 5 minutes to ensure it is soft and easy to chew.
  3. Aromatics: Slice the shallots, garlic, and onion thinly. These will add depth and flavor to your stir-fry.

Cooking:

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In a large pan or wok, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots, garlic, and onion, and sauté until they are fragrant and slightly golden.
