Mie Shirataki with Beef Broth (DEBM Menu)

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of boiled beef
  • 250 ml beef broth
  • 2 pieces of pre-cooked shirataki noodles
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Garnishes:
    • Sliced scallions, to taste
    • Fried shallots, to taste
    • Boncabe (Indonesian chili seasoning), to taste

Instructions:
