Spicy Fried Beef Meatballs (Bakso Sapi Goreng Bumbu Pedas)
Ingredients:
- 10 beef meatballs, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder (such as Bon Cabe)

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Carefully place the sliced beef meatballs in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside. This should take about 4-5 minutes, depending on the heat and thickness of your meatballs.

Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the pan and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
