Carrot Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 300 grams chicken (finely minced)
- 2 carrots
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 5 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 cm galangal (sliced)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Ground black pepper (to taste)
- For Breading:
- All-purpose flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Breadcrumbs

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Begin by finely mincing the chicken. Peel and grate the carrots. Mince the garlic and onion, and slice the galangal into thin pieces. Chop the green onions.

Make the Nugget Mixture:
- Combine the minced chicken, grated carrots, garlic, onion, green onions, and galangal in a mixing bowl. Add the tapioca flour, beaten egg, sugar, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Test the Flavor:
- To ensure the seasoning is just right, heat a small amount of oil in a pan. Fry a spoonful of the mixture to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Steam the Nuggets:
- Prepare a steaming vessel by greasing it with oil or margarine. Pour the nugget mixture into the prepared vessel and spread it evenly.
