Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of cooked beef (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce (such as Saori)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder

Instructions:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onion, shallots, and minced garlic until they become fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add the cooked beef to the pan and stir briefly. Pour in one cup of water, ensuring that the beef is well combined with the aromatics.
  3. Incorporate the chopped tomato and all the seasoning ingredients: Teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, and chicken bouillon powder. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. Continue cooking until the liquid has reduced and the sauce has thickened, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
