Beef Soup (Sup Daging Sapi)
Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef, cut into cubes
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 4 leaves of Chinese cabbage (sawi putih)
- 100 grams broccoli
- 1 tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper, and seasoning powder to taste
- Mineral water as needed
- Olive oil for sautéing garlic

Prepare the Beef:
- In a large pot, add the cubed beef and enough mineral water to cover it. Cook over low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the beef is tender and cooked through.

Prepare the Vegetables:
- While the beef is cooking, wash and chop the vegetables according to your preference.

Sauté the Garlic:
- Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant. Remove the garlic from the pan, then mash it together with pepper.

- Stir the mashed garlic into the pot of beef.

- Add the carrots to the pot and cook until they begin to soften. Then, add the cabbage, Chinese cabbage, broccoli, and tomato. Season with salt and seasoning powder to taste. Cook until the vegetables are tender and have absorbed the flavors of the broth.

- Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Once the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well blended, remove from heat.
