Sweet and Sour Fried Eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of chicken bouillon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 30 ml water
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Eggs: Start by frying the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Set them aside. 
- 
Cook the Aromatics: In a pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion. Sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent.

Add Carrots: Toss in the julienned carrots and cook, stirring frequently, until they start to soften but still retain some crunch. 
- 
Create the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and pour in the water. Stir in the tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and sugar. Mix everything well.

Simmer: Allow the sauce to simmer until it begins to bubble and thicken slightly.

Combine with Eggs: Gently pour the sauce mixture over the fried eggs that you set aside earlier. 
- 
Serve: Serve immediately, enjoying the rich, tangy, and savory flavors of the dish.
