Tahu Telur Kubis Bumbu Kecap (Tofu and Egg Cabbage Stir-Fry with Sweet Soy Sauce)

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of white tofu
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 1 handful of cabbage
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 red chili
  • 4 bird’s eye chilies (leave whole)
  • Salt, sugar, ground pepper, and flavor enhancer to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Begin by finely chopping the shallots and garlic. Thinly slice the red chili and leave the bird’s eye chilies whole for a burst of heat.
