Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken
Sliced Spices:
- 3 cloves of shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion (optional)
- 7 chilies (adjust to taste)
Additional Ingredients:

- Sweet soy sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Chili sauce
- Oyster sauce (I use Saori brand)

Prepare the Chicken:
- Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly.
- Cut the chicken into pieces according to your preference.

Fry the Chicken:
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until it is half-cooked, ensuring it cooks evenly. Remove from the pan and set aside to drain.

Prepare the Spices:
- Slice the shallots, garlic, onion (if using), and chilies.

Cook the Spices:
- In a separate pan, sauté the sliced spices over medium heat until fragrant.

Combine and Simmer:
- Add the half-cooked chicken to the sautéed spices.
- Pour in the sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, and oyster sauce to taste.
- Add a little water and stir well, adjusting the flavors as needed.
- Allow the mixture to simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors have melded together.

- Once the chicken is well-cooked and the sauce has thickened to your liking, remove from heat.
- Serve hot. Adjust the amount of sweet soy sauce to enhance the sweetness according to your preference.
