Ingredients:
- 6 slices of white bread, cut into triangles
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 sausages, sliced into small pieces
- 1 tomato, deseeded and diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar if mozzarella is unavailable)
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon BonCabe chili seasoning (optional)
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- Cooking oil, as needed
- Mayonnaise and chili sauce, for serving
