Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 stalks of green onions, finely sliced
- 4 shallots, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- 1/2 ripe tomato
- 4 small garlic cloves (not too tiny)
- 4 red chili peppers (bird’s eye chilies)
Instructions:
