Ingredients:
- 1 package of yellow tofu (Tahu Sari)
- 2 bundles of bean sprouts
- 3 large green chilies
- 2 small red chilies (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 package of Magic Lezat seasoning (optional, adjust to taste)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for sautéing
- Fried shallots for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain them well.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, or according to your preference.
- Slice the green and red chilies, and finely chop the garlic.

Sauté the Aromatics:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chilies and chopped garlic to the pan. Sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant and golden brown.

- Add the tofu cubes to the pan with the sautéed chilies and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes, allowing the tofu to absorb the flavors.
