Stir-Fried White Cabbage and Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of white cabbage
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Flavor enhancer (optional), to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Begin by thoroughly washing the white cabbage and then cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Slice the garlic and shallots finely.

  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and whisk until well combined.

  4. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring continuously until the eggs are partially set. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.

  5. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if necessary and sauté the garlic and shallots until they become fragrant and golden brown.

  6. Return the partially cooked eggs to the pan with the garlic and shallots. Stir to combine.

  7. Add the chopped white cabbage to the pan, pouring in a small amount of water to help it cook. Season with sugar, salt, and, if desired, a flavor enhancer to taste.

  8. Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender and the flavors are well combined. Adjust the seasoning if needed.

  9. Once the cabbage is cooked through and the flavors are balanced, remove from heat and serve.
