Crispy Tofu Patties with Gre

Crispy Tahu Perkedel

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of Chinese tofu, cleaned and mashed with a fork
  • 150 grams Kobe flour
  • 1 egg
  • Chopped green onions and celery
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed tofu, Kobe flour, and egg. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Add the chopped green onions and celery, along with the oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties according to your preference.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and cooked through on the inside.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy! Note: No additional salt is needed as the Kobe flour provides sufficient seasoning.
