						- 200 grams of Tahu Goreng (fried tofu) or Tahu Kempong (square tofu)
- Batter:
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Water, as needed

- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Tofu: - Cut the tofu into squares and then slice them in half. Flip the slices so that the white side is facing outward.

-
Make the Batter: - In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, beef bouillon powder, ground black pepper, salt, and chili powder. Gradually add water, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter with a consistency that will coat the tofu without being too thick or runny.

-
Coat the Tofu: - Dip each tofu piece into the batter, ensuring that only the white side and edges are coated.

-
Fry the Tofu: - Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated tofu pieces. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.

-
Serve: - Remove the tofu from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
