- Mustard greens (sawi): 2 cups, chopped
- Carrots (wortel): 1 medium, sliced
- Tofu (tahu): 200 grams, diced
- Tomato (tomat): 1 large, chopped
- Shallots (bawang merah): 3, thinly sliced
- Garlic (bawang putih): 3 cloves, minced
- Green chili (cabe hijau): 2, thinly sliced
- Bird’s eye chili (cabe rawit): 2, sliced (adjust to taste)
- Salt (garam): to taste
- Seasoning (penyedap): to taste
- Cooking oil (minyak): 2 tablespoons
- Egg (telor): 1, beaten
- Bay leaves (daun salam): 2
- Galangal (laos): 1 inch, sliced
