Indomie Goreng Komplit with Sausage, Egg, Mushrooms, and Greens
Indomie Goreng Komplit, or “Complete Fried Indomie,” is a delightful and savory noodle dish that combines the rich flavors of seasoned noodles with a medley of vegetables, sausage, and egg. This recipe is a versatile and satisfying meal that brings together a variety of textures and tastes, perfect for a quick yet hearty dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Indomie Fried Noodles
- 3 pieces of green mustard greens, chopped
- A handful of dried mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sausage, thinly sliced (as desired)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 clove shallot, minced
- 8 bird’s eye chilies, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:
- Rinse all vegetables and ingredients thoroughly.
- Slice the mustard greens, mushrooms, garlic, shallots, and bird’s eye chilies as needed.

Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat a medium pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, shallots, and sliced chilies to the pan. Sauté until fragrant and the shallots become translucent.

Cook the Egg and Vegetables:
- Pour the beaten egg into the pan, stirring continuously to scramble it.
- Add the sliced sausage, rehydrated mushrooms, and chopped mustard greens.
- Cook until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is slightly browned, and the mixture is aromatic.

Add Water and Noodles:
- Pour in about 1 ½ cups of water and allow it to come to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the Indomie noodles along with the seasoning sachets provided with the noodles. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

- Continue to cook until the noodles are fully cooked and the water has reduced, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
- Add the sweet soy sauce and mix thoroughly to coat the noodles evenly.
