Simple Tofu Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of yellow tofu
- 1 carrot
- 6 green beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot
- 3/4 of a tomato
- 1 stalk of green onion (scallion)
- A handful of fresh parsley
- Salt, to taste
- White sugar, to taste
- Seasoning powder, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for sautéing
Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu and Vegetables:
- Cut the yellow tofu into 6 equal pieces.
- Slice the carrot and green beans to your preferred size. For a more attractive presentation, you can cut the carrot into rounds and slice the green beans lengthwise.

- Finely slice the shallot, garlic, green onion, parsley, and tomato.
- Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic, and sauté until they are fragrant and lightly golden.
