Udang Saus Tomat with Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

Prawns 250 grams
Chicken egg 1
Green onion 1 stalk
Onion (large) 1
Garlic cloves 3
Shallots 4
Curly chili peppers 5
Red chili pepper (bird’s eye) 2 (or 1 if large)
Tomato sauce 2 sachets
Saori sauce 1 sachet
Lime 1
Kaffir lime leaves 3 leaves
Salt and sugar to taste
Water a little
Flavor enhancer (optional) to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Clean the prawns thoroughly and marinate them in water with a squeeze of lime juice to infuse flavor.
  2. Chop Ingredients: While the prawns are marinating, roughly chop the garlic, shallots, and curly chili peppers. Slice the red chili pepper diagonally and chop the green onion and tomato into large pieces.
